Rojo — Doggone Good
Is there anything more perfect for an outdoor party than a good old-fashioned chili dog? How about a classic grinder loaded with meat and fixins’ and served on fresh, light and chewy bread you can’t wait to sink your teeth into? Rojo offers the classics, the foods that come to mind when you think of barbecues and baseball games, but scaled up with a few of our chef’s favorite touches.
Amarillo - Smoked Out Wings
Is there anything better for sharing than a basket of jumbo crispy hot wings smothered in your favorite sauce? Amarillo serves up super-sized tasty flats and drums that are perfect for the whole table or as a meal just for you. If chicken isn’t your thing, be sure to check the menu board for the weekly special — a rotating selection of exotic dishes you can’t find just anywhere, like frog legs, alligator, ostrich and any other tasty treats our chefs can source.
Rosa — Liquor Truck (Coming Soon!)
There’s no BYOB at this picnic. Rosa has all the libations you love and a few you probably never thought to try. We’ve got your standards, like margaritas, wine, mojitos, old-fashioneds and vodka tonics, to name more than a few. Rosa’s crew of mix masters also have several signature cocktails up their sleeves and a knack for helping you find the right drink when you simply can’t decide.
Verde — Phat Boy Hibachi Food Truck
You may not get a flaming onion volcano on our hot table (well, not on purpose anyway), but you will get the best part of a hibachi experience: the food. Verde’s hibachi bowls are a not-to-be-missed meal experience with your choice of our well-seasoned meats surrounded by fresh vegetables and accompanied by fluffy white rice or savory fried rice.
Our Space
La Bella Union is located in Pueblo’s historic downtown area. It’s a thriving hotspot for drinking, dining and shopping. It’s the only 100% outdoor restaurant Pueblo’s downtown district has to offer. We have filled our colorful, shaded patio area with picnic seating designed to make you feel like you’re right at home in your backyard — without any of the work or effort. Add in the food trucks nearby and you’re set for an unforgettable outing.
The popular Pueblo Riverwalk is mere minutes from our plaza, as is Pueblo Memorial Hall. Stop by before a boat ride on the river or a show at the hall!
La Bella Union has yard games and weekly live entertainment. Our roomy patio is also available for event rentals, including birthday parties, office gatherings, baby showers and wedding receptions. We provide the fun and take care of all the clean-up. The food truck catering and bar are really just the cherries on top. What could be better than that?
